Q1 2020 Report

In the meantime I have a different kind of update.

For those who are interested in the time I invest in writing, I have a quarterly report. I completed writing A Series of Embarrassing Events (ASoEE) on Hogmanay 2019, and then…

2020, January:

I wrote an additional chapter of ASoEE that slots in early in the second half of the story.

I finished writing the first draft of Anthology II – Assport Control (which I’d had started writing in December 2019).

I wrote the first draft of Anthology III.

2020, February:

I plotted some of the early chapters of the story that I intend to write once ASoEE has concluded.

I plotted a potential Anthology Christmas 2020 story. At the moment, outlook does not look good that I’ll get it written this year but you never know.

2020, March:

I edited Anthology II – Assport Control. While I added to the saucy scenes, I removed quite a bit of dramatic content. I also split it into two parts because it’s still a >27000 word!

Anthology II went online on 25/03/2020. Yay!

I started editing ASoEE but I’ve only finalised the first two chapters.

Also, a surprise! Details coming soon.

Sorry updates are few and far between sometimes. In addition to the above, I’m studying a part-time post grad degree course while working full time. Also, coronavirus is a total skidmark on 2020 that’s stressing the shit out of everyone.

Over the next quarter I plan to:

Continue editing ASoEE – planned release August/ beginning September.

Edit Anthology III – planned release late June.

I’ve only just released Anthology II and I want people to be interested and excited by it so it’s tricky to tease Anthology III but let’s have a go…

Anthology III was originally going to be a sci-fi/ space opera, but I’ve shelved that as a different project now. Anthology III is totally different to I & II, has a mischievous lead character and multiple twists. I’ll reveal more details in April but for now, the title:
