The result I was expecting would have left Ben in a similar fate, but due to his immunity being able to be used as a cure, but requiring him to have a lot of gay sex for it to work that way. (Possibly via a mechanism of his cum working as an antidote but only if he cums while being fucked)
DeleteOh, that's an awesome suggestion. I felt the innovation of a cure by the current administration stretched credibility too far, so I left the story more open ended.
DeleteI have a vague idea for another story in this universe, progressing the idea of there being another mode of transmission that causes the phenomena to spread. However, I have no timetable for such a story.
